Parchment Properties journey began two years ago, driven by a passion for personal development and financial literacy.
Our co-founders immersed themselves in diverse fields including: Deal Sourcing and Selling, Quantitative Building Surveying, Land Surveying, Project Management, Electronics and LLB Law. With this foundation, we ventured into establishing serviced accommodation units, offering investor support services and engaging in land acquisition.
Our expertise has been cultivated through interactions with seasoned property professionals during training sessions, networking events and membership groups.
